A New Face at Kuranui School

Welcome to a new Year 4 student who has arrived at Kuranui School. Mukhtar and his family have come to work on a farm in the district. Mukhtar has already made great friends in the class and has been eager to join in the learning and fun in Room 3. What a great start to learning at Kuranui School!!!!

    What exciting learning you have instore for you this term ..... I wonder what you can do as a class to make the world a better place for others? What might this look like even in our school?
    I want you to work really hard on your learning this term ..... did you know we only have just over 17 weeks of school left of 2011 and together we need to make sure you make lots of progress, especially with your vocabulary development and your work in maths - geometry and ratios/proportions (i.e. fractions).
